Chocolate Brownie recipe
Decadent Chocolate Brownie
- 100gm Butter
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 Cup Plain flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 Cup Dutch Cocoa powder
- 100 gm White Callebaut Chocolate Buttons
- 100gm Milk or Dark Callebaut Chocolate buttons
Heat oven to 180'C
Melt the butter with the sugar, and mix well together
Add the egg and Vanilla and whisk
Add the sifted flour, Baking powder and Cocoa and gently fold together with the Chocolate
Add into a lined baking tin approximately 20cm square
Bake for 15-20 minutes until just cooked. You want it to be still sticky in the centre. Less is more!!
This recipe works beautifully with Gluten free flour also if needed
